About Audax
We realize something very important here at Audax Hosting: when boiled down to its essence, the relationship between a client and a host should be just like that of a friend to a friend. We (Juniper and Marigold) are not experienced economists who started Audax because it sounded like a good investment. In fact, we are just the opposite; we are exactly like our clients. Both of us have our own websites outside of Audax where we blog and share graphics and post little pieces of our everday lives. We are part of the online community ourselves. Most importantly, we know what a struggle it is to find affordable, quality hosting! But why is this so? Who said quality hosting has to be expensive? Who said hosts can't treat their clients the way they would a good friend? We came up with the Latin name Audax because its English translation means 'bold.' Here, we aren't afraid to breach the brick barriers society lays down around us. A summary in a sentence? We're two good friends who came together because we love the world of the web, not because we want to make money, and now we want to give back to the community.
