Terms of Service

Anyone and everyone who is hosted by us or in the process of being hosted by us must follow these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and violation of these terms will result in punishment.
If you follow these terms and pay us what is due, we will host your website. When "we", "us", or "Audax" is used, it is referring to Audax Hosting.
When uploading your files to our server, you are giving us permission to host your content. You are also making at least one copy of your files.
None of the information given to us will be shared with any third parties. We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be viewed by the employees of Audax.
We are not responsible for any files uploaded to our server that are lost. We encourage you to perform regular backups of your site so that this will not be a problem.
You are not allowed to do anything illegal on our server. You cannot hold us responsible for any legal issues with your content. We do not allow you to use our hosting for copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized music, books, and/or copyrighted work. Selling copyrighted work is impermissible.
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts, Pirated Software, Warez, filedump, mirror, file hosting, or banner ad-services are all unacceptable material to upload onto our servers. You can also not offer video and/or audio streaming or downloads, MP3 files, or games on the website hosted by Audax.
When we claim to offer 'unlimited' bandwith, disk space, or features, this is intended for normal use. Any excessive use of our server will not be tolerated. You agree that you will not exceed the amount of disk space, bandwith, and/or features given.
We have a guaranteed uptime of 99%. However, as with all technology, the server can go down beyond our control. We will notify clients with an expected time of repair, but we are not responsible for any loss of business. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a backup of your files if the server does go down.
Refunds will only be given in the first 30 days the service is provided. No refund will be given to any clients after 30 days of using our services. We will not reimburse any damage done to your business from using our hosting.
By being hosted by Audax, you also agree to
Rewindhost's terms of service agreement.
We reserve the right to change or modify any hosting or service prices at any time. We also reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time.
